Vehicle Donation Program

You can make a big difference in the Valley Community and in the lives of those less fortunate by donating an unwanted vehicle to Birmingham Group Health Services (BGHS).

Your donation can help BGHS provide a safe shelter for women and children threatened by domestic violence, offer rehabilitation and counseling services to persons affected by mental illness, assist persons and families affected by HIV/AIDS, and offer hope and recovery to individuals struggling with substance abuse.

And vehicle donation is so easy!  Just fill out the form below and click "submit."  We'll contact you to arrange a *free pick-up of your vehicle (whether it is running or not) and provide you with a receipt.  It's that simple!

(*Vehicles 15 years or older require a $25.00 handling fee.)

What you can donate:
Non-running or running vehicles including:  cars, trucks, vans, specialty & exceptional vehicles.

  Pick-up Rules:    
Vehicles up to 15 years old are picked-up free of charge (must be located in CT).  Vehicles over 15 years old require a $25 handling fee.

  Benefits to Donors:  
Your vehicle donation supports a charitable organization in need.

You can receive a tax deduction on your itemized tax return for the year you donate the vehicle, for the value of
your vehicle up to $500 . (Please consult your tax advisor to determine your tax eligibility.)

Vehicle donation saves
you the cost of maintaining the vehicle, as well as taxes, registration, and insurance costs.

hassle-free process. 
We handle all of the details including vehicle pick-up for you.
