Dear Representative (NAME),

I am writing to urge you to support SB678  "An Act Concerning Funding For The Regional Action Councils."

As a (INSERT parent, educator, community leader, etc.) and a resident of (TOWN), I know that substance abuse is a growing concern in my community. In the Valley, we are fortunate to have the Valley Substance Abuse Action Council, our Regional Action Council that provides quality substance abuse prevention programs to the youth and adults in our community. Therefore, it is critical that we maintain and expand funding for the Regional Action Councils rather than eliminate their funding.

Sincerely,
